Terms of Service
Last updated: May 15, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the QRelio website at qrelio.com (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
QRelio provides a free, browser-based generator for static QR codes. The Service is offered “as is” for personal and commercial use, subject to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
3. Ownership of QR codes
QR codes you generate belong to you. We claim no ownership over them or over the content you encode.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Encode or distribute malicious links, malware, phishing destinations, or fraudulent content.
- Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any party.
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or overload the Service.
We may block access to anyone who breaches this section.
5. Third-party content
If you upload a logo or other asset to use inside a QR code, you confirm you have the rights to do so. Logo processing happens locally in your browser.
6. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that generated codes will scan in every environment.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QRelio and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold QRelio harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
9. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where QRelio is operated, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
