QRelio (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website qrelio.com and the QR code generator available on it. This policy explains what limited data we process when you visit the site and how we protect it.

• Anonymous analytics: aggregated page views and basic device data (browser, OS, country) used to improve the product. No personally identifiable information.
• Contact form submissions: if you email us or submit our contact form, we store your name, email, and message so we can reply.
• Server logs: standard request logs (IP, user-agent, timestamp) retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention.

• The content of your QR codes — URLs, WiFi passwords, contact information, payloads.
• Any logo files you upload — they are processed locally in your browser.
• Behavioural advertising profiles or third-party tracking identifiers.

We use only essential cookies required for the site to function (e.g. theme preference). We do not set third-party advertising cookies.

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share data only with infrastructure providers strictly required to operate the service (hosting, error monitoring) under standard data-processing agreements.

Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email privacy@qrelio.com.

QRelio is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
